There's this blog on Tumblr knowyouravatarfacts.tumblr.com… that posts all kinds of things that you may or may not know about the legend of Korra and avatar the last airbender. It's really interesting becomes I thought I knew everything that there was to know about avatar and Korra. But I didn't. There is a whole lot I did not know.
For example:
Did You Know? John Dimaggio, the voice actor of Bender from Futurama and Jake on Adventure Time, voices the actor of Toph and Iroh in the episode "the ember island players".
And that Dante Basco (the voice Zuko), older brother voiced the actor of Zuko in that episode also?
Did You Know? The pink roses that Bolin was going to give to Korra resemble trust, happiness, and confidence?
Did You Know? As far as we know, none of the previous avatar have had siblings.
But there are things that i was shocked that they got away with on a kids shows. Like sex for one!
Examples:
Did You Know? It is implied that Mai and Zuko had sex in the episode "Nightmares and Daydreams"
Keep in mind Mai has an entire house to herself (her family is still in Omashu at this point), and Zuko got rid of the chaperones earlier in the episode. At one point, the camera cuts away while they’re together at Mai’s house late at night. When the show returns to their side of the story the next morning, Zuko is still there, lounging on Mai’s couch, that is in her bedroom, with a badly messed up head of hair. And she’s making him tea. You do the math.
Did You Know? The episode "The Southern Raiders" became (in)famous among us the fandom for what is a truly epic instance of this trope. Zuko bumps into a very flustered Suki on the way to Sokka's tent, and she hurriedly excuses herself. He walks into Sokka's tent to ask him a question and finds him pants-less and surrounded by flowers and candles. He even greets Zuko with a suggestive "Well helloooo..." before he realizes who it is. After a short talk, he rushes Zuko out and sticks his head out to call for Suki.
The morning following the scene, Sokka is seen to be holling a necklace of flowers. This is a pun the writers incoporated meaning that Sokka got "lei'd" and Suki got "deflowered". As I’m sure you’re all aware, this was one of the most obvious sexual innuendo’s in the entire series.
Seriously, they got away with this on a network for kids.
So, that's my journal of the day. I think this is a interesting thing to have for you guys. Something fun. And if you know of anything more fun facts about Avatar: The Last Airbender and Legend Of Korra. pleases send then to this blog or to the Tumblr page. knowyouravatarfacts.tumblr.com…

Korra on Netflix?
Hello all,
In The News:
As you may have already heard, Avatar is coming to netflix for the first time in a while. People are exited to binge the series but what about Korra? Currently, Korra is not set for a netflix debut and fans are wondering if that will ever change. One of our co founders touted the idea of a more adult oriented Avatar series on a platform like netflix. A cool idea and something that would be very much welcome but right now, a live action reboot is currently being developed. Covid19 has put a pause on that but fans will be eager to watch it once production picks up again. So why hasn't Korra been set to debut on netflix
Change and Korra
Change is Coming
That's our group motto. Change is the most important theme in the avatar franchise and it is the very foundation of the Legend of Korra. Right now, in real life, we are going through our own harmonic convergence in a sense. So what's all this about change?
The avatar franchise reflects the hardcore truth about change, it usually occurs gradually. Sometimes, there are events that can thrust it upon us all at once, and it is overwhelming. Take the harmonic convergence for instance. All of the sudden, normality as Korra knew it is thrown into the wayside as the portals are opened, and Korra's avatar spirit is forever damaged b
